It is common to request an electronic signature on a share certificate or dividend voucher. If you are unsure on how to request these, Adobe provides a tool to help.
Firstly you will need to download the document from Inform Direct. To help with this we have a guide How Do I Download a Document from the Document Library?
By clicking the button with an arrow next to your share certificate or Dividend voucher you will be taken to a site in your web browser.
From there, click on the print icon and change destination to Save as PDF as shown in the image below.
Once you have clicked save this will be downloaded to a folder of your choice.
Next Open the document in Adobe.
Click request signatures found on the right hand side. The below window will appear.
This will allow you to send the document to the person you wish to sign it.
For each recipient you can assign which fields you wish for them to populate using the below options dragged on to the PDF.
Below is how the document will look like once you have placed the items do be filled in on it.
All you need to do now is send the file.
