The micro-entity accounts filing process allows the option to produce the accounts in .html form, this is to help ensure it is in the right format to send to HMRC with the Corporation Tax Return (CT600).
The .html file will be saved in your Document Library which can be accessed at the top of the screen. It will be labelled with the company name and type of document, below is an example.
Please click the blue arrow under Actions on the right-hand side of the screen, this will download the file. Depending on your settings it may open in a new tab on the browser immediately.
You should now find the form in the downloads folder on your PC.
In the event it is not in the folder you are expecting, please check the downloads area on Edge.
This can be accesses using the 3 horizontal dots in the top right hand corner of the screen, just below the option to close the program. Please then select Downloads from the list which appears. You can also use the keyboard shortcut of Ctrl+J.
