The micro-entity accounts filing process allows the option to produce the accounts in .html form, this is to help ensure it is in the right format to send to HMRC with the Corporation Tax Return (CT600).
The .html file will be saved in your Document Library which can be accessed at the top of the screen. It will be labelled with the company name and type of document, below is an example.
Please click the blue arrow under Actions on the right-hand side of the screen, this will download the file.
The downloaded file will appear at the bottom of the screen as detailed below, clicking the file will open it in a new tab immediately.
Using the ^ will give the options to show the file in your downloads folder, or to open immediately.
If the option does not appear at the bottom of your screen, the downloads can be accessed using the 3 vertical dots in the top right hand corner of the screen, just below the option to close the program. Please then select Downloads from the list which appears. You can also use the keyboard shortcut of Ctrl+J.
