How Do I Remove/Lapse Share Options Which Have Been Granted? Print

In the event share options granted are incorrect or no longer required they can be removed.

1. From the Shareholders tab, the options will be displayed together with any shareholdings next to the people to which they have been granted as shown below. Clicking the yellow pencil allows you to exercise these options or remove them.

2. Clicking Lapse/remove options opens a wizard that to enter the details of the options lapsed. After entering the date you will need to confirm the number of options lapsed and the reason, selecting from Expired, Left employment or Removed.

3. After submitting you will be returned to the Shareholders tab where the options will no longer appear next to that shareholder.
