There are many benefits to a subscription service.  However, if you needed to cancel or cease your monthly subscription you can always do this.


If you wish to cancel your subscription you can either:


A. Close your account completely; or

B Switch to a Pay As You Go (PAYG) account



A. To completely close your account and remove all your details

Please email us at support@informdirect.co.uk from an email address associated with your account confirming that you wish for the account to be closed and all details removed.  See How do I close my account?


B. To switch to a Pay As You Go (PAYG) account

Please email us at support@informdirect.co.uk from an email address associated with your account asking that we switch your account type from a subscription account to a PAYG account.

Note:there are consequences/limitations on switching to a PAYG basis. In particular:


1. There is a maximum number of 20 companies that can be managed on a PAYG basis.

2. All share certificates will revert to the basic template.

3. All users other than the primary user will be removed. Thereafter only one user can have access to the account.

4. Any processes i.e. a director appointment that are 'pending approval' will be lost.

5. The templates and all documents will start to incur fees when selected (whereas with a subscription account there is no charge for producing them.)


Note: Users are not to switch their account between subscription and PAYG multiple times; it serves no purpose and will simply will not be actioned by the support team.
