The RP02b form can be used to apply to the Registrar of Companies to rectify the AD01 form where the information was delivered on or after 1st October 2009. 

The completed RP02b can be uploaded to Companies House using their relatively new upload service here  

 

The RP02b should only be used where information was either: 


  • delivered without the authority of the company 

  • forged 


And can only be used to rectify a change of Registered Office address delivered using form AD01.  

 

Note:  If the company in question is an LLP, you will need to file the LL RP02b  which can be found here. 


If the company in question is registered for Companies House's 'PROtected On-line Filed (PROOF) scheme' then you will also need to attach a PR03 form.
