To send the support team a document please use the Help button located in the bottom right hand corner of the screen in Inform Direct.


1. Click on the blue help widget. You will see this whenever you are logged on to Inform Direct.



Please select Contact Us



2. This will bring up a dialogue box as per the below.




3. Complete your details including subject e.g. Upload of documents



4. Attach the file. You do this by clicking on the upload area or dragging in a document to add. 




5. Click Send Ticket.


6. Remember to call us shortly after sending so we know the password if one was attached.
