Removing an existing Member from the record is easy to do.



1. Go to the 'Members' tab and find the member you would like to remove.


2. Select the pencil next to the member to remove and choose 'Remove Member.'

 


3. Simply insert the date the member is to be removed and then click 'Next.'



4. Finally, check that the details are correct on the summary screen and click 'Submit.'


Note: Post incorporation there is no requirement to report changes in membership to Companies House for a Company Limited by Guarantee.  That said, it is still a requirement for the company to maintain an up to date register of members, which should be available for inspection. Inform Direct will update the Register of Members for you.
