Records of any officers which have been active during the period which the company is held on Inform Direct will be stored.
To locate offer details please select the Officers tab within the company.
If you only want to see 'former' officers uncheck the 'Current' box.
Note: For newly imported companies Inform Direct will not have details of officers who ceased to have a position prior to the last Confirmation Statement being filed.
