Where are the Prescribed Particulars Found? Print

The Prescribed Particulars are a summary of the rights attached to a particular share class.

Inform Direct has written a blog explaining prescribed particulars in more detail and including several specimen examples. This can be found here.

1. Go to the Share Classes tab and click on the blue arrow.

2. This will bring up the screen below which will include the prescribed particulars

Note: If you are converting an existing share class into several new share classes all with the same prescribed particulars you can copy and paste them for accuracy.
