What is a Principal contact?

Principal contacts act as the main contact for any queries relating to an account.
To add or remove someone as a principal contact, please select the Account tab at the top of the screen and then select manage users.
To edit the rights of an existing user select the yellow pencil next to their name and click edit user access.
The below permission is included as one of the options.
Note: You may indicate more than one user as a principal contact.
