How Do I Produce a Document Through the Template Library? Print

Inform Direct's Template Library is a useful collection of preprepared documents that are easy to produce. Use of the library is included free of charge for all subscribers to the software. A fee will be charged for each document if you are a PAYG user.

Note: Prepopulated (I.e. company information) documents are generated as part of the relevant Inform Direct wizard. Use the template library if you need to generate a document outside of the relevant process for whatever reason.

1. Go to Documents & Reports and select the 'Template Library' tab.

2. Next, find the template that you want to produce. There are numerous ways to browse through the templates.

3. Select the pencil next to the template that you want to produce and choose 'Produce document.'

4. The document should begin downloading within a few seconds and will arrive into the downloads folder on the device that you are using. A copy will also be saved into your Document Library.
