If Inform Direct is unable to collect the monthly subscription payment from the card attached to your account the account will lock.  


Next time you login to your account you will be presented with the below screen which will detail the invoice number(s) that we were unable to collect payment for, alongside the outstanding total payment.

To reactivate your account simply add the new card details.  Then click the red 'Reactivate' button. This will process payment and immediately unlock your account for your to access as normal.
