1. Go to the 'Share Classes' tab.
2. Click on the blue 'Allot new shares' button.
3. From the options presented select 'Allot bonus shares' and click Next.
4. This will start the Bonus wizard. Enter the 'Date of Allotment', choose the share class from the dropdown list (if more than one) and the 'Number of shares' and click Next.
Note: If more than 1 shareholder is receiving Bonus Shares you must repeat the process for each shareholder receiving bonus shares.
5. Follow the wizard until the final step when the Bonus issue is reported electronically to Companies House.
