Inform Direct Support

Inform Direct makes it very easy to redeem shares.

1. Go to the Share Classes tab and select the blue Share reorganisation button. 

  2. Click on the 'Redeem shares' option.

Note: Only use the Redeem shares function if the shares are actually redeemable. If the shares are not redeemable you should instead consider using the Cancel Shares feature.

3. Clicking 'Next' will start the Redeem Shares wizard.

Note: Remember that Companies House still needs the paper form for this share transaction. Inform Direct will happily populate the relevant form(s) for you. All you need to do is sign them and send to CH.
