The error is triggered for an address because it is missing either the:

Building name/number: or
Address line 1

The below example explains the issue:

If a shareholder was living at 2 Ashgate Road, Anytown, Anyshire we would want the address details to be recorded with '2" as the building Name/Number and "Ashgate Road" as Address 1. Then there would not be an issue.

The error occurs when the address has either:

'2 Ashgate Road" as the building Name/Number and nothing as Address 1; or
Nothing as the building Name/Number and "2 Ashgate Road" as Address 1

To fix this please send an email to support@informdirect.co.uk advising the company, and name of PSC
