If you have been using your own Presenter Code and would like to revert to using the Inform Direct Presenter Code - even just temporarily - this is easy to do.
1. Click on the grey button at the top of your screen marked "Account". This takes you to the account screen.
2. Click on the top blue "Edit account details" button on the right of the screen.
3. Click on the radio button marked "Use Inform Direct's Account.'
4. Click the green "Save" button
Once you have switched back to using the Inform Direct Presenter Code any submissions made using Inform Direct that incur a Companies House fee (e.g. filing an Annual Return) will be settled automatically from your account.
You can always revert back to using your own Presenter Code when required.
