What Documents Cannot be Added to the Document Library?

There are only a few restrictions on the type or size of file that can be added to the Document Library.
1. The following file types are not supported:
- Compression (or Zipped files)
- Video files
- Audio files
2. The maximum size of any one Document is 5mb
3. The overall limit for each account is linked to the number of Companies in the account. The greater the number of companies the more the space available. You can always see how much of your capacity you are using by looking at the Usage Bar.
The Usage Bar is found at the bottom of the page whenever you are in the Document Library. There is both a graphical illustration of the amount of space used and the actual amount in figures. In the above example very little space has been used.
4. Lastly, you must not add any Document to the Document Library which would breach the Inform Direct Terms of Service and in particular the Acceptable Use Policy.
