If you are trying to amend a mistake at Companies House for a company registered for the 'PROtected On-line Filed (PROOF) scheme' you will need to use form PR03.
A PR03 (PROOF: Consent form for paper filing) must be provided when second filing or replacing forms:
- annual returns (AR01)
- officer appointments (AP)
- officer change (CH)
- officer termination (TM)
Since this scheme is protecting companies by keeping everything electronic, the only way to obtain a PR03 form is directly from Companies House. You will need to call Companies House's Contact Centre on 0303 1234500 for further guidance and direction.
