The final step requires you to confirm that the deed previously attached is a correct copy of the original written instrument.


1. If any part of the written instrument has been redacted, you must select 'Yes'


Note: Acceptable details that can be redacted would include residential addresses and bank account information.


2. The statement of certification of deed will be pre-populated for you relating to your answer to the first question. However, you also have the option to delete this text and enter your own.


3. Then enter the name of the person/company doing the certification.


4. Lastly, you need to enter three security questions and answers.


5. Then click 'Continue', which will present you with a summary screen so that you can check all answers from previous steps.


6. If you are happy with all the information, simply select to confirm that you have checked and accepted Inform Direct's terms and conditions.



7. Click 'Continue' and then read the information screen before submitting to Companies House by clicking the red 'Submit registration' button. The system will work out whether an MR01 or MR02 form is required,pre-populate it and send it encrypted to Companies House.


Note: Once your application has been submitted to Companies House, any amendments can only be made directly at Companies House on paper after obtaining a court order.



When this submission is successfully filed at Companies House, you will receive a success email sent to you from Inform Direct.


You can then produce a written resolution and board minute to approve registration of a mortgage with Companies House.
